Luxury self-catering cottage in the Loire wine region of Sancerre and Pouilly Fume
Booking Terms and Conditions
When making a booking, a deposit of 50% of the total rent (or the full rent if your booking is made within 45 days of your arrival date) must be paid within 4 working days. Your booking will be held on a provisional basis in the meantime.
The balance of the rent must be paid 45 days before your arrival date. Non payment by the due date will be treated as a cancellation of the holiday booking.
Cancellation: 100% refund for cancellation more than 60 days before your arrival date/check-in date. 50% refund for cancellations more than 30 days before arrival/check-in date.
No more than 4 people and a baby may stay at the property.
We do not accept pets, except guide and assistance dogs.
The property must be used for personal domestic holiday use only and not for any commercial purposes.
The cottage is strictly no smoking, you may smoke in the gardens. You must remove any cigarette butts and dispose of them safely.
The property will be available from 15.00 hours on the day of your arrival and must be vacated not later than 10.00 hours on the day of your departure (local time).
You must treat the house with proper care and not cause damage to the property or contents or annoyance or nuisance to those living nearby. We do not take a deposit but reserve the right to charge for any damage to the property or contents.
We will not be liable to you or anyone in your party or any third party for any loss, damage or personal injury or accident or inconvenience or expense howsoever incurred. You will be entirely responsible for the safety of yourself, your guests and any children in your party.
We shall not be liable for any temporary stoppage of services to the property, or any matter beyond our control; and in any event our liability will be limited to the total rent paid for your booking.
In exceptional circumstances if we have to cancel your booking, we will refund the holiday rental price and will have no further liability.
When you make a booking you guarantee that you have the authority to accept and do accept on behalf of your party the terms of these terms and conditions. A contract will exist as soon as you agree to these terms and we receive your deposit.
In the unlikely event that you have an issue/problem during your holiday, you must inform our representative locally or us immediately, so that we can endeavour to put things right. In the unlikely event of the issue/complaint not being resolved during your holiday please follow this up within 28 days of your return home by writing to Vines&More or emailing firstname.lastname@example.org
Your specific passport and visa requirements and other immigration requirements are your responsibility. We do not accept any responsibility if you cannot travel because you have not complied with any passport, visa or immigration requirements.
This contract will be governed by English Law and we both agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the English Courts at all times.
